We’re sorry to see you go — but we want to make sure the process is smooth and clear.

Please note: We do not process membership cancellations via email.

To cancel your membership, you must either:

1. Visit the gym in person, or

2. Call us directly at (702) 462-6545 to receive further instructions from our staff.

This policy helps us verify account details securely and ensure there are no misunderstandings during the cancellation process.
