Luisana León Trainer
Luisana León is a certified IFBB Bodybuilding Trainer Specialist with over 15 years of experience as a personal coach, offering a holistic approach that integrates physical training, conscious nutrition, and mental and emotional well-being. She specializes in vegan nutrition, Ayurvedic and natural nutrition, and has extensive experience working with clients with obesity and pregnant women, designing programs that are safe, personalized, and adapted to each individual’s needs, goals, and lifestyle. Luisana is currently studying neuroscience to gain a deeper understanding of how the brain, emotions, and environment influence the body, metabolism, motivation, and behavioral patterns, allowing her to support her clients with more precise and effective tools. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that the body is not only something to be trained, but a temple to be honored, understood, and respected. Through a conscious connection between mind, emotions, and body, she guides transformative processes that go far beyond physical change, fostering sustainable health, balance, and self-love over time.
Michael Kostantakis
Michael Kostantakis Trainer
Michael Kostantakis is a fitness professional with a deep passion for strength training, mixed martial arts, and mental performance. His athletic background spans both elite strength and endurance, with accomplishments including a 585 lb squat, 400 lb bench press, and 635 lb conventional deadlift, as well as endurance feats such as running 65 miles in 17 hours, completing 5,000 pull-ups in 26 hours, and 15,000 burpees in under a weekend. With a Prescript certification and mentorship under high-level fitness professionals, Michael brings a precise and methodical approach to training. He focuses on quality movement, technique, and performance output, while helping clients develop a deeper understanding of how their bodies function across a variety of movement patterns. His coaching philosophy emphasizes both physical and mental resilience—guiding clients to push beyond perceived limits while maintaining proper form and intention.
Tyler McCoy
Tyler McCoy Trainer
Tyler McCoy is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with over five years of coaching experience. He began his career leading large group fitness classes, specializing in functional strength, conditioning, and athletic performance—where he developed the ability to quickly assess clients and guide them safely based on their individual goals. Having worked with everyone from professional athletes to beginners, Tyler excels at meeting clients where they are and building programs that drive sustainable results through consistent, progressive steps. Over time, he developed a strong appreciation for the role behavioral psychology plays in fitness success, recognizing that real transformation goes beyond programming—it requires understanding people and what motivates them. Tyler now focuses on hypertrophy training and one-on-one coaching. He lives by the principle of “practice what you preach” and is currently preparing for his first bodybuilding show, with the goal of one day representing Dragon’s Lair Gym on stage. Whether your goal is building muscle, losing fat, or improving performance, Tyler brings the experience and passion to help you reach your full potential.
